Privacy Policy
Luxury Rental NYC ("we") is an independent booking and concierge service for exotic and luxury vehicle rentals. This policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you request or book a rental we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery preferences, rental dates, images of your driver's license (front and back), and your insurance card or declarations page. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe on Stripe's systems; full card numbers never reach our servers. With your consent, we also collect analytics data (pages visited, device type) through Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
We use this information to verify driver eligibility (including contacting your insurance carrier directly to confirm your coverage is active and extends to the rental vehicle), arrange your rental with the vehicle's operator, process payment and the refundable security deposit, provide concierge support, comply with law, and, with consent, understand how our website is used.
Who receives it
Because we arrange rentals fulfilled by independent licensed vehicle operators, we share your name, contact details, rental dates, and your license and insurance documents with the operator supplying your vehicle, solely to fulfill your booking. Payment is processed by Stripe on the vehicle operator’s merchant account, with our booking fee separated automatically; your card statement references LRNYC. Booking details are stored in our customer management system. With consent, usage data goes to Google Analytics. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Driver's license and insurance images are deleted from our systems 90 days after your rental is completed or cancelled, unless a damage claim or dispute is open. Booking records and signed agreement records are retained for six years.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by calling (203) 947-7991 or using the contact details on this site. Connecticut residents have these rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act; we extend the same treatment to all customers. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal: when detected, analytics is disabled automatically.

Security
