Who we are
Luxury Rental NYC is an independent booking and concierge service. We are not the owner or operator of the vehicles shown on this site. Vehicles are owned, insured, and operated by independent licensed rental operators in our partner network; we arrange your rental with the operator, coordinate delivery, and provide concierge support. Pricing shown includes our service margin.
Site content
Vehicle photos, availability, and specifications are provided in good faith and may vary by operator and date. A booking is confirmed only when payment completes and you receive a confirmation reference. We may correct errors in pricing or availability prior to confirmation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or submit false information or documents. Submitting another person's identity documents is prohibited and will be reported.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the website is limited to amounts you paid us for the booking at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by New York law, with venue in the state or federal courts of New York County, NY.
